The NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year intensive world-class training that offers a unique blend of classroom training, hands-on experience and mentorship from NOVA’s Top Executives. You will work on impactful projects, explore our customer-centric solutions, and develop a deep understanding of NOVA’s innovative approach to banking—from cutting-edge digital services and strategies.

Who can Apply

Our criteria for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP) is as detailed below.
Candidates must:

  • Be passionate and ambitious for sales
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Have graduated with a Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2)
  • Have Completed NYSC
  • Not be more than 28 years of age.
